You will be advised of any additional fuel charge, at the point of booking. Most venues in our area do not attract a fuel charge.
If it rains or there is bad weather please contact us prior to your event and we will happily swap to indoor games (where available). Should it rain whilst the hire is ongoing, we would appreciate your cooperation in ensuring that the games are taken indoors.
No, but we will ask for ID and proof of address if you have no option but to collect the games directly from (and return to) us.
Usually around 10am (and collect the same time, the next day) but other arrangements are available, on request.
